The Enigmas of the Ground

The Enigmas of Ground is a book that proposes and develops a theoretical return of semiotics to classical philosophy and logic while at the same time once it re-theorizes it develops an incorporation of semiotics to phenomenological sociology and cultural anthropology. From a perspective of critique of signocentrism but focusing on the development of a ground theory in the dimension of the former the book opens the notion of sign to the notion of inference by discussing the hermeneutic interpretative and pre-interpretative processes that shape both solitary individual and intersubjective and symbolic interactive experience developing a novel and original understanding of the dilemmas of subjectivity and objectivity in the research methodology of semiotics sociology and anthropology.
