This book is not just a collection of poems it is a map to the soul. It is a series of thoughts I’ve had day after day and year after year. I originally thought I would publish a book based on my thought-experiments but when I was presented with the opportunity to write a poetry book I found a beautiful marriage between my poetry and my thoughts-per-day experiment. These words are born from my mind and from the quiet place beneath thought: the place where breath becomes prayer where stillness becomes music where the self remembers it is eternal.These poems are invitations to experience life in different ways.
