Even after so many years of digital transformation trends and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems usage the failure risk rate of these projects is still very high be that in developed or developing countries. There are many researches on key factors which relate to ERP success and different frameworks have been suggested by the literature however this fact doesn’t seem to help much in reducing the failure rate. This study will not attempt to repeat past factor research studies but instead use Key Success Factors as a lens to understand the complex organizational phenomena surrounding ERP implementation projects.
