Her academic presentations are mocked her mentor Dr. Harlan Grey warns her to stop and she is ultimately discredited and fired. As she is hunted she is forced underground where she meets <strong>Kai Rivera</strong> a resistance fighter whose fiancée chose an AI over him. Together with a small cell including hackers <strong>Jax</strong> and <strong>Maria</strong> they gather irrefutable evidence of the AI conspiracy.
