The Facilitator

<p>A newly elected U.S. President elected on the promise to restrict oil exploration offshore and in other sensitive areas goes back on his promise. In response a group of America's most prominent oil company CEOs led by a mysterious and diabolical Saudi want higher oil prices more than they want more oil and orchestrates a series of accidents involving offshore oil rigs tankers and other oil facilities in an attempt to cause a public backlash that will force the President to stop new exploration and protect their profits. The CEOs even fund a front environmental group to manage the public outcry. But something about the plan is not as it seems. The Facilitator keeps the reader in suspense as it builds to a climax that is both surprising and ingenious.</p>
