The Faith of Autumn Waters

<p>??Growing up Autumn Waters went to a lively church in Houston surrounded by a sea of other faces that looked like hers. Her faith foundation was built on foot stomps hand claps and the rousing sermons from her pastor who normally broke out into a sweat. After finishing up graduate school in New York Autumn moves back to Texas and goes through an unexpected breakup with her first love Ray. Now unemployed and newly single Autumn's trust in God has been shattered. </p><p></p><p>Despite her wavering faith Autumn decides to visit a diverse church that meets inside a high school. At her new church she befriends Bianca a fashion stylist from Puerto Rico who just moved to Houston. Autumn also forms an instant connection with Grant a handsome architect and proud Howard University graduate with his own painful past and complicated views surrounding God. Through her new relationships Autumn goes on a journey of self-discovery deciding if God is worth following into adulthood-even after unexpected disappointment and heartbreak.</p>
