The Fasting Cure

Not reproduced with Optical Recognition software.  Upton Sinclair's <em>The Fasting Cure</em> describes his extensive personal experience and that of others with the challenges and health and curative benefits of fasting.  <em>The Fasting Cure</em> is both instructive and (occasionally) amusing and includes several cancer healing testimonials attributed to fasting.  Note however that <em>The Fasting Cure</em> was written over 100 years ago i.e. decades before environmental chemical & radiation pollution started to become major problems (particularly but not exclusively) throughout the westernized world and to pose new health burdens on the human body. </p>
