About The Author: The author William Kirkendale is a highly respected and successful California Banking and Insurance executive who has spent the last 50 years working with people helping them with their personal finances. At the present time he is retired and trying to reform our California Family Court system. He is the founder and president of The Family Court reform Council of America (FCRC) and the author of a recent book entitled Americas Family Courts...A Cancer on the Nation. He is also a strong advocate for children and childrens rights and because of his own personal experience with Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS) he has become an extremely knowledgeable source and help for millions of other victimized parents and children around the world who have had to deal with this problem. Mr. Kirkendale is the father of 8 wonderful children and 6 young grandchildren. In addition to raising his own family Mr. Kirkendale worked for over 20 years with handicapped children and adults through his association with the world famous Human Resources Center and the Human Resources School for handicapped children in Albertson New York. He served on both of their Boards of Directors and was also one of the founders and past Presidents of one of New York States most successful Easter Seal Society chapters. Because of Mr. Kirkendales many years of work with these organizations he was awarded the Human Resources Centers highest honor the Presidents award for his outstanding dedication and service to the Nations handicapped. Mr. Kirkendale currently lives here in Southern California. Mr. Kirkendale has now found a new cause he wants to work on and expose. Over the last few years our country has been in the throws of a severe recession and a collapsing financial and housing market crises. One of the contributing factors to this problem he feels is the corruption and greed of the banking system.... and some of the people who support the banking system. One
