In the history of Medical Sciences there are facts that persist through time for being facts themselves and also because the obligation of the following generations is to remind them not to die. This is one of them which we must communicate in order to remain valid. In 1870 the boom of the first European immigration had begun in our country which together with education as pillar of knowledge modified the population. The development of sciences especially medicine allowed us to position ourselves as world leaders regarding facts and discoveries; passionate and generous leaders were needed. France was the mirror where that passionate generation was formed.
