He began his career in children's literature in 1979 and has since become a prolific author receiving numerous awards. His major works include The Blue Whale's Eyes The Lonely Little Crab The Penguin Mails Ice The Wolf Bat The Moonlight Belly Wolf and The Complete Adventures of Clumsy Cat. Many of his stories have been included in primary school textbooks.
