The Fix

<p>Braden rose refilled the coffee cups.</p><p>"Why won’t she come home Clay?"</p><p>Clay Ashe smiled bitterly. He rested his cup on one knee. "She hates me Stanley. She thinks I've ruined her life and maybe she's right. She's trying to destroy herself I believe and I want you to find her and bring her home before that happens." He hesitated and looked around the trailer again. "I take it you’d like to get out of here."</p><p>Braden just looked at him.</p><p>"Very well" Ashe said. "You find my girl and bring her back and you can just about name your price. I'll put you back in business."</p><p>Braden gulped coffee. "All right Clay. I'll deal. For that I'll find your kid if she's in west hell!"</p>
