Always looking up into the sky Lyue dreamed of what it must be like to live on one of the floating cities in the sky. His dream finally comes true and he enters the city! He is greeted with one of the bored workers who's job it is to monitor things flying around outside the city - and as luck would have it this young man knows a thing or two about the flight races that take place in the skycity!Lyue is thrust from his expectation of the dream into the harsh reality of the races and love and the dark past surrounding the young man: Ikato.
