The Formation of the Reflective Teacher

Reflecting rethinking changing. How many times do we ask ourselves what we do as a teacher our practice our methodology? How many refresher courses we attend but in practice everything remains the same. This book brings to the debate the teacher's reflection on their practice as a teacher re-elaborating their role as a student. We teach as we learn. Today our way of teaching no longer meets the demands we have in the classroom. We need to re-engineer ourselves as learners open ourselves up to the new reflect on what can be changed and updated.
