The Friendly Invasion of the Tiny Explorers and the goodness they left behind

In our complex world mental health issues often underlie some of the behavioral challenges observed in children. Educators believe that one of their chief roles is to bring children out into the world but when a child is hospitalized this opportunity is lost. It then becomes the task of insightful therapeutic staff to bring the world inside to the children. This is a story about hope and healing... and how the vulnerability of a tiny creature elicited empathy and ultimately created a cohesive community of care.
