<p>A cold sterile hospital room had been Matthias home for the early parts of his life but soon an alien ship arrives in the Sol system bringing a message out to all humans: <strong>War is coming And humanity needs to do their part.</strong><br><br>Matthias signs up to leave his mortal body behind to become a machine escaping his shackled body and becoming the only thing capable of slowing down the Futility.<br><br>But are the aliens his only foes when humanity had fought each other for generations?<br><br>Matthias must struggle to weave the complex web of politics and warfare to give humanity a chance of survival in this universe.<br><br><strong>For there are no other options.</strong></p>
