<p>Kristy is a woman who has never had anything handed to her. She's a devoted mother to an active and spunky three-year-old daughter who keeps her on her toes works long and demanding shifts at a restaurant and lives in a less-than-desirable neighborhood. Her dream is to one day open her own restaurant but saving enough money to make that dream a reality will require even more sacrifice and determination.
