The security of the Nation is at stake as riots break out in protest of the changes happening so he calls in his long-time friend Tolly Trueblood to help in his planning they have been friends for most of their lives so the plan is complex and involves the normal characters of their family.</p><p>The Consciousness directs the Queen of Sheba to help with blips in media-controlled finance institutions her presence causes panic as her reputation of being a killer proceeds her.</p><p> </p>
