He made a book about it and his sister happily illustrated it. He eventually built his own construction business <em>Blue Print Projects Group</em> which was impacted by the Covid19 Pandemic in 2020. His grandmother Josie showed C. S. Cooper the book he had made as a child. Cooper was inspired to write <em>The Giant Gingerbread Gent </em>based on Jackson's story. The proceeds of every copy of <em>The Giant Gingerbread Gent </em>will go to helping Jackson rebuild his construction company.</p>
