About The Book
Description
Author
It was on a usual day of October this year; when I was taking a lecture at the college where I work as an Assistant Professor. I observed some sort of frustration in the students regarding the attitude of the faculty and management of the institution. So I had decided to boost their morale and told them that complaining and doing nothing cannot be the solution to any problems. Sometimes accepting the situation as it is whether it is positive or negative and building a single thought about what to achieve and acting in accordance with that thought and forgetting about other diversions makes it easier to achieve the required goal. This is my observation that it is very much important when a person wants to work proficiently the person should have a focused approach towards his goal. If not he is wasting his energy in other affairs which reduces his capabilities. It can be compared with a mechanical system in which friction reduces the efficiency if friction could be reduced the efficiency increases. In similar fashion thoughts other than the purpose act as a frictional force and thereby divert the energy from his goals and it becomes difficult to achieve. After that lecture I started thinking more about this topic; this seems to be a big problem as far as youngsters are concerned. The youth have more energy but their problem is – so many distractions. But why this name “The God Factor”? How this title came to my mind? I was thinking about the lives of some successful persons and in observation found that along with their attitudes some other hidden factors were also responsible for their success. These factors have taken them to their places the places of success the islands of success and the dream world of success. And I have given that hidden factor the name “The God Factor”. This book would be loved by those who are in search of success; how to achieve it and by those who are in search of contentment.
