The Gods Are Watching: A Historical Novel

In 1500 BCE the Minoan kings celebrated artist Paleus is invited by the prince of Egypt to travel to Thebes to paint a mural in Egypts royal palace. But the unsuspecting Paleus and his family and friends arrive in an empire reeling from years of war-and are quickly caught up in rebellions political intrigue and even an assassination attempt on the royal family.
