Lieutenant John Halloway Is Called To A Crime Scene On A Cold And Rainy Night In The Middle Of Downtown Vegas. Once There In The Small Grassy Court Yard In Front Of The Courthouse He Finds A Man Bound To A Make-Shift Cross Naked All Of His Sneses Brutally Mutiliated.
