The Half Elven Orphan

<p>In a rural town at the edge of the Kingdom of Iurrak a half-elf with a fiery magical gift and no memory of her lineage grows up among humans. Orphaned in a violent tragedy and raised by a human foster mother Alagariel yearns to fit in in a town where she will forever be an outsider.</p><p></p><p>When her mentor dies she loses command of the town militia and becomes the target of rivals seeking power. Forced to flee and seek justice at the Duke's court Alagariel begins to uncover clues about her lost past.</p><p></p><p>From the cold rivers of the Marches to the heart of Taladaria her journey leads to friendships with human dwarven and elven companions. Her loyalty courage and restraint will all be tested in the trials she has to face. In the meantime an even deeper darkness gathers over Vatan and Alagariel may have a part to play in it.</p>
