The Happy Mask

<p>I've worn a mask all my life. Not a scary mask. A happy mask. I suppose that if you're going to wear a mask it might as well be a happy mask. But a mask by definition is a cover up a disguise it's inauthentic. In this life we are called to be true to ourselves and any kind of a mask is therefore unhealthy to some degree. </p><p><br>This book comes as a result of my own hard work in therapy to get in touch with that pain and to allow myself to suffer and grieve. It's not a happy story but it's the truth and I trust it is helping to set me free. </p><p><br> </p>
