<p>The Hindu Prayer book is a simple prayer book for Hindus to do daily prayer for the deities! </p><p>This book has 3 rounds with each round having 7 sessions. </p><p>Before starting the sessions users can touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of the index finger to form Gyan mudra ( or any other mudra of their choice ) and then start the session!</p><p>Users can chant the given mantra once (or thrice) and then do each of the activity given in the session for 30 seconds to a minute.</p><p>The first activity is to breath in slowly and then breath out slowly. Repeat a few times.</p><p>The second activity of alternate nostril breathing can be done by breathing in through left nostril and then breath out through right nostril. Then breath in through right nostril and breath out through left nostril to complete one round. Repeat a few rounds.</p><p>The other simple activities are rotate shoulders open and close palms rotate eyes rotate wrists and stretch feet.</p><p>After that chant the “Asatoma Sadgamaya Mantra” once ( Pavamana mantra).</p><p>You can complete one or more sessions each day. After completing a session you can book mark the page by folding the page so that you can continue the session the next day!</p><p>And after completing three rounds you can start again from the beginning! </p><p>Everybody can be benefited by this book by doing these simple prayers and bring about positive changes in our life and gain the blessings of the deities!</p>
