It tells of how Mr. Elmer G. Blossom at the age of 19 started developing 100 acres of flatland in the lower end of the valley. Mr. Blossom with the help of one laborer and a mule cleared the entire 100 acres. He turned the property into a productive ranch growing a variety of fruit trees and vegetables.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office /></P><P class=MsoNormal style=MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt> </P><P class=MsoNormal style=MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt>The book includes over 100 pictures taken during the early development and operation of the property. The pictures came from the family albums. The pictures show some of the old farming equipment and illustrates how it was used in farming. Some of the fond memories of the author and his older brother Herbert H. Blossom are also included in the book.</P><P> </P>
