The horse that won't drink

In life people behave in much the same way and move at their own pace. If someone is not ready to try something new it would be a waste of time to force this new experience upon someone. Rather it is more beneficial to wait until one is ready to try a new experience. Only then will it be appreciated and meaningful.</p><p>The book also goes into the power of empathy using a strategy called NVC which is non violent communication to look into the feelings and needs of each person and work together constructively to make progress.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Thought Leader</strong></p><p>Marshall Rosenberg teaches the NVC process in understanding feelings and needs to help us to develop empathy and understanding.
