The Human Being Artificer of His Own Development is a way of contextualising Human Talent Management - GTH from the individual to the workplace where work is identified as one of the means by which man can develop his capacities relate to others and in turn generate new knowledge that leads him to recognise in a conscious way what he can give as a person and as a fundamental part of the company''s processes and not only see himself as something else that is part of production.
