The Human Rights Protection of Cartelists during the Course of Investigation by the European Commission

This book will analyze the act of European commission during the course of investigating Cartelists and the course of trial in the light of the right entitled to Cartelists in the international and regional human right instrument. In other words the work analyzes whether the commission investigation and adjudicatory power complies or not with the international and international human right instrument. The content of the book is organized into four chapters the first chapter is called “Thesis statement” the second chapter deals with human rights in general and the structure of competition proceedings and the third chapter deals with rights granted to defendants in competition proceeding in light of human rights instruments. Finally the author of the book will come up with his own convincing statements and recommendations at the fourth chapter of the work.
