<P>This book was created to help fill a void in the preparation and cooking of wild game. I got very tired of eating the same old thing every hunting season and when eating at someone else's home. Many cookbooks only have maybe one or two recipes on venison and nothing on many of the other critters that scurry about in the forest. After all our forefathers ate them why not us too?
