In my opinion sports at school are very important especially in the younger age categories. Handball can develop all skills of the motoric abilities like co-ordination and accuracy of movements. Various tests have proven that the movements of the sponge handball has a supportive effect on the development of movement co-ordination during the school years. This of course is possible if the training level is suitable for the specific given age group and the frequency can support the process of adaptation.
