The Impact of Human Factor in the Oil Industry in Libya

The focus of this study is to explore the degree of the human factor as one of the most important factors in a new manufacturing and management world. This factor has received more attention than other factors in last decade in developed countries. However developing countries are still unaware of its importance in increasing their ability to compete in the global market by improving their product quality and decreasing cost.
