The impact of night work on nurses' quality of life

Every year nursing has been increasingly sought after by men who are interested in the practice of care. Professionals in this team are exposed to countless harmful agents during their work whether due to the suffering they face on a daily basis or due to the conflicts and problems within a multidisciplinary team with different characteristics and backgrounds. In addition there are other cultural structural ergonomic and organizational interferences along with physical chemical biological mechanical physiological and psychological loads and risks. The relevance of studies of this nature which engage professionals in dialogue and bring them closer to their daily reality act as guidelines for proposals that encourage health promotion prevent illness and identify problems and diseases in the workplace.
