The Impact of the Credit Guarantee System on Hungarian Economy

SMEs have an important role in creating new businesses more jobs develop innovative product ideas and enhance productivity. However SMEs often face a difficult problem in obtaining credit from the banks and financial institutions. In solving this problem many countries in the world established credit guarantee schemes to help SMEs easily access credit and through that promote the development of the economy. In Europe and in the world the credit guarantee system of Hungary is one of the largest credit guarantee systems with well-structured and long tradition. Besides the credit guarantee system in Hungary is a model successfully applied in credit guarantee activities. This book focuses on assessing the impact of the credit guarantee system for the Hungarian economy in the following areas: economic development credit operations SMEs labor etc.
