Expensiveness and inability of parents to respond to the material needs of students including food clothing hygiene and providing their equipment and stationery has undoubtedly had a negative effect on the morale of students making them weak jealous and confused in front of students who have more financial ability. Their effort and expression of interest for the emergence of abilities and talents has a direct and indirect effect and if students in these economic conditions have been able to gain skills and have a positive change in their behavior they are an exception and not the rule. Many criminologists and education experts believe that future criminals are preparing for criminal acts behind these school desks. If charitable institutions and well-intentioned people are able to meet the essential needs of underprivileged students and the government pays attention to the importance of approving a budget to cover the education costs of poor people our society will enjoy more security and health and avoid anomalies.
