As they are more accessible to members of the concerned society and less costly the members of such society frequently opt to use these traditional systems of conflict management. Besides customary conflict management help to avoid the sentiment of revenge between the disputing parties and among their close relatives. However such kinds of system of conflict management by themselves have their own weaknesses (disadvantages) and create a negative influence up on certain members of the society and sometimes contradict with modern laws.
