The influence of international acquisitions on employee commitment

International acquisitions are a common way in nowadays business world for companies to grow and stay competitive on the market. Human resources one of the most important success factors for businesses are often neglected in this process leading to many problems. This work addresses this topic by examining the effects of changed human resource practices following international acquisitions of U.S. companies on employee commitment in a purchased Austrian entity.
