The Inheritance

<p>The only thing more surprising than learning her great aunt had left her entire very large estate to her was learning Aunt Dot hadn't passed away when she a little girl like she'd been told. Kat traveled to the coastal town of Fogpoint Harbor for the first time since the lie had been spun with the intention of upholding her end of the will's demand before returning home.</p><p> </p><p>There were stipulations to the inheritance. She had to live in her aunt's house for a year. If she didn't she walked away with a small percentage of the estate. It would be easy. Wouldn't it?</p><p> </p><p>The old Victorian house was filled with secrets. As they begin to reveal themselves Kat wonders if she ever really knew her aunt at all. Then the house begins to communicate through her journal and a detective arrives at her door needing help to solve a murder.</p><p> </p><p>Who really was her aunt? And where does that leave Kat?</p>
