The factors that motivate employees to remain in companies depend on various personal organizational and external factors. Identifying these factors is important for companies as it allows them to reduce management costs and retain human talent and their contributions to the company's operations. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence employees' intention to remain in companies in the state of Aguascalientes. Six factors were identified in the specialized literature on the topic: Job satisfaction; Salaries and compensation; Work-life balance; Interpersonal relationships; Career plans; and Job security.
