The Investment in failures: The downtime is actually a learning time

About the Author -. Hi I'm Amol Ujagare and I want to tell you a bit about myself. I studied Information Technology at PICT (Pune Institute of Computer Technology) and worked in the software industry for over 7 years. These days I help people learn about software testing automation.My career started with writing computer programs in Java but later I shifted to testing software. Even though I moved from writing code to testing it I still love coding. So I learned how to use a tool called Selenium for automating tests. Now I teach others how to do automation testing. I also make videos on my YouTube channel about software testing and setting goals.Throughout my journey from school to today I've faced many tough situations and made mistakes. Looking back I realize that these mistakes have taught me important lessons and made me stronger. It's like what my college head once said: in school you learn first and then take a test but in life you face the test first and then learn from it.I once attended a motivational talk where I learned something powerful. It's about finding the purpose in our lives. The idea is that everyone has a reason for being here and if you don't know yours yet your purpose can be to search for it.I've discovered my purpose now. It's all about sharing what I've learned and helping others. I believe it's my way of making a positive impact on the world.
