The ISSA Manuscript

Over the years this 50-page booklet has been revised many times. A Former Stockbroker authored this book; it was researched proofread and mailed directly to Congressional lawmakers Government officials and Public Policy experts over a 10-year time span (from July 2010 to July 2020). </p>
