The Journey to Excellence: An HR Leader's Musings Across Five Decades

<p>Experience is the father of Learning. Five decades in the Profession of Human Resources Management profession exposed me to various life situations both professional and personal. I am grateful for the rich experiences this professional journey has gifted me with. These experiences from various junctures in my life have helped me convince a point or create lighter moments. This unique ability of mine earned me three fans at home - My wife and two daughters. They urged me to put my experiences in the form a book. Over a period of time I started infusing an element of humour in my transactions -Formal and Informal occasions. This stock of influencing experiences became the bedrock of my Professional sessions and speeches. This book is an outcome of these put together collectively.
