The Joy of Investing

<p class=ql-align-justify><strong style=color: rgba(34 42 53 1)>Marco Turco</strong><span style=color: rgba(34 42 53 1)> started from scratch Turco Immobili his first RE Brokerage Firm in Rome (Italy) in 2006. Immediately successful he profited from the RE market of the time booming along. He educated himself at the same time about the stock market and value investing. Having been lived in Los Angeles as a student he followed meticulously the teachings of Ben Graham and Warren Buffett. </span></p><p class=ql-align-justify><br></p><p class=ql-align-justify><span style=color: rgba(34 42 53 1)>He never stopped investing in the American business during the financial crisis of 2008 and never stopped the hard-work as a realtor so that in 2009 he opened his main office in Via Veneto in Rome and in 2013 a second one near St. Peter's square. Cloning the first Buffett Partnership of the mid-fifties he started to manage other people money successfully and always re-invested in common stocks all the retained earnings of his businesses located in USA Italy and Poland. In 2017 he moved to Poland to form in 2018 MT Capital a holding company in which he reunited his investments. In marketable securities his batting average is amazingly high and since 2015 he is constantly beating the S&P 500 index as a benchmark. Marco is capable of focusing and studying for many hours a day and with solid consistency following in his own independent way the path of his guides: Charlie Munger Philip A. Fisher Phil Carret and especially Warren Buffett. My heroes have been a lot into sharing and so I decided at 45 to start to give back and promote the culture of so called Value Investing because it worked for me and it's the only one I know and understand. He is the author of a blog called blikebuffett in which he writes about philanthropy investing and the right values and qualities to become a Super Investor. He wrote a book The Joy of Investing in 2022 about the very first step inside the world of value investing. A thinking book but also a practical handbook in which he writes about how you can develop yourself into becoming a shrewd investor pursuing your interests and passions. He also made ready to use a course in 12 lessons in which evaluation studies and his approach about how to evaluate a company are the main subjects. The goal is to become a learning machine like Buffett and making investing a joy like playing or painting. In fact his frequent parallels among the discipline of music and the discipline of investing are proverbial. He's a dad of a 16 years old boy and lives in Naples West Florida USA. </span></p><p><br></p>
