The judicial protection of minors under Congolese law.

This book examines the role of the State in a series of socio-humanitarian problems including increasing poverty and unemployment the result of a political and economic situation that is at the root of many ills. In the wake of this situation juvenile delinquency is on the rise with the most vulnerable being minors particularly those in difficult situations due to a lack of ad hoc social structures. The result is a proposal to introduce restorative justice into the judicial protection of children.
