THE JUDICIARY AND THE VENEZUELAN STATE

For almost two decades the Venezuelan Judicial Branch has been immersed in a process of change and transformation in its environment in accordance with the constitutional principles and the national economic and social development plans therefore the institutional system implemented a long-term plan that would exceed the objectives and actions executed through the institutional annual operating plan which only allowed the ordinary operation of the Judicial Branch during the period of one year.
