Corey Groves in his last year of highschool hates crime of any kind. Deep in his heart he wants to stamp out the criminal element in the city but is only a force of one. Through the aid of his Chinese Uncle they form the Justice Team. He and his best friend rescue Sheena an eighteen year old beauty from two scum who wanted their way with her. Handsome with blue eyes and blond hair she couldn't help but have a crush on her hero. She joins the Justice Team increasing its numbers. As the story goes on it shows how important a town watch can be and how vital in aiding the police department.
