The Kou

Fenmore's grown up under the tight reigns of love and protection of his family. Being the middle male child his family has protected him his whole life from the legend of his ancestors. The legends state that the middle male child of each tribe shall ascend to Kou; a vampire spirit that takes over the soul of the middle male child on his twenty first birthday. Days before his birthday Fenmore and his friends travel to New Orleans for some after college fun. From the first night in New Orleans Fenmore started dreaming about the Kou. As the days pass he discovers some dark secrets about his family and his friends. hardly anyone is who they appear and they all have secrets. The only question is whether Fenmore will have the strength and courage to save his friends and himself from what awaits.
