The laissez-faire leadership style

Lewin conducted his experiment among children more than 80 years ago. The authors saw it was time to map out which leadership style are used generally in the police. (Which was created by Lewin and his collaeges.) As a result of the above the authors conducted a quantitative survey with professional police officers studying for a master’s degree in senior law enforcement. As a result of the survey a realistic picture was outlined that today the XXI. century which leadership style is a priority in the police force. In addition to presenting the results the authors have developed suggestions that can help broaden the vision of management theorists.
