The Land of And

<p>Lilly breaks a rule and spirals into two extreme worlds: Allstown (where everything's always perfect) and Nothingville (where everything's always terrible). When she finally finds her way to the Land of And she learns that being a good kid and making mistakes can go hand in hand-and that emotions don't have to cancel each other out. The Land of And is a place where opposite emotions coexist mistakes are part of learning and being a good kid doesn't mean being flawless. This book is inspired by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and meant to help build emotional literacy in children and caregivers. It's the first book in a planned series that will follow Lillie as she moves through childhood and navigates complex emotional landscapes including guilt shame and self-identity.</p><h3></h3>
