The Lantern Rats

I was born in 1952. I am a mother of four children and a grandmother to two grandsons. I''ve been married twice a widow now. My inspiration comes from the people around me. I have written other stories; I just have not published them. They say there is a time for everything. You have to be ready when that time comes. I must have been ready. Being creative is how I spend my time. I am a quilter painter (walls mostly) an artist a writer. I love to read fantasy science fiction and just plain fiction. My favorite stories are Companions and Dragons of Pern. I don''t believe in smoking drinking or drugs. Life is too short to go about making it shorter. I live half the year in Washington State; during the other half I work in the Grand Teton Park behind the scenes. When your little ones tell you stories listen to them. They are where inspiration comes from-from building a birdhouse planting a garden or creating an imaginary world.
