Yet she can't stop thinking about the Clinic-the bizarre people locked in glass cages-and the mysterious medical files she found one night while snooping.</span></p><p></p><p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(34 35 37 1)>Back home when Maya's worst fears come true during Proper's annual Purity Festival and the once-extinct disease resurfaces chaos erupts and she and the boys are forced to flee as Proper burns behind them-taking Maya's dirty secret with it.
